About the Founder
My Story
I am excited to share the relaunch of Lynae Arts, a business founded over 13 years ago, now returning to its roots with a renewed focus on providing Studio Management services to emerging and established artists.
My journey in the professional art world began in 2012, shortly after I graduated from college, with a goal of offering affordable business and marketing services tailored to the unique needs of artists in Sonoma, Marin and San Francisco communities. This involved hands-on support in areas such as inventory management, consignment contracts, dealer and gallery relations, fine art packaging and shipping, website design and marketing.
This foundation led to a role as Curator at Imagery Estate Winery, where I have had the privilege of commissioning over 300 contemporary artists for the wine label brand. An opportunity to assist with a 400-piece art donation to my alma mater then introduced me to the field of art appraisal, prompting me to expand my business and pursue an appraisal certificate in 2018. For five years, Lynae Arts provided appraisal services to art and wine collectors.
In 2023, I investigated further in marketing as an influencer through reels and collaborating with local wineries and art brands. I truly enjoy navigating the evolving landscape of authentic marketing through Instagram.
Most recently, in 2024, I returned to my passion for curating, organizing my first gallery exhibition, "Bloom!", at the Green Music Center in Rohnert Park. This experience led to a Juried Exhibition at the University Art Gallery in 2025.
Now, with over 15 years of diverse experience in the Fine Art industry, including the marketing expertise I've gained along the way, Lynae Arts is opening the doors to new clients. This business started with passion and ambition to build a successful career doing what I love, and I am incredibly grateful to continue my journey.
My success is also deeply supported by my family, my husband Henry de Lambert and our two active and passionate boys, Charlie and Eddie.

Biography
Founder of Lynae Arts
Kara Lynae de Lambert is an alumns from Sonoma State University where she earned a B. A. in Art History and a Minor in Arts Management. Throughout college, she worked at the University Art Gallery in Rohnert Park and the di Rosa Center for Contemporary Art in Napa.
After graduating in 2012, she started her own art consultant and curatorial business, Lynae Arts, and has worked with established San Francisco North Bay Area artists.
Kara is the Art Curator at Imagery Estate Winery in Sonoma Valley and for over 13 years has managed the Artistry Label Program commissioning contemporary artists for the wine label brand. She has commissioned over 300 national and international artists.
In 2015, she expanded her business to provide Personal Property Appraisals. Kara earned the Core Course in Appraisal Studies certificate at the International Society of Appraisers (ISA) in 2018 and she completed the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisals Practice (USPAP).
She holds over 15 years experience in the professional fine art industry; working with artists, galleries, museums, universities, private companies and public corporations.
Since 2007, she has lived and worked in Sonoma County.
